One way or another customer's desire to connect with his or her provider will play a crucial role in whether or not the provider wins the customer's trust and business.

I accomplish this is by understanding the organization's mission, clearly defining strategic and operational objectives, breaking customers into mutually exclusive segments according to their respective growth rate, profitability, complexity of expectations, and the requirements necessarily to secure and nurture customer loyalty.
